FSA Compliance
We will pass your information to an independent mortgage adviser dependent on the information that you provide us with. The adviser we introduce you to will pay us for the introduction to you, although the actual payment amount varies, typically it averages £30.
As soon as we have determined the actual adviser who is best suited to your given circumstances we will advise you via email as to who the adviser is with his/her contact details.
The selected adviser will then contact you by telephone.
Third Party Web Sites
We do not control any third party web
sites, and are therefore not responsible for and
cannot control their content. When you access
third party web sites, you do so at your own risk.
Your use of each third party web site may be subject
to the terms of use and other guidelines, if any,
contained within each respective third party web

circumstances exceed £1,000 per claim or
series of connected claims and an aggregate limit
in any twelve month rolling period of £2,000.
We specifically exclude any implied warranties
of title, satisfactory quality, fitness for a
particular purpose and non-infringement of intellectual
property rights.
Nothing in this Agreement limits our liability
for death or personal injury resulting from our
negligence or the negligence of our employees
or our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
We make no warranty that our service will be
uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free or
that defects, if any, in the service will be corrected
and exclude all liability for any claims, loss,
demands or damages or any kind with respect to
the use or the inability to use the service or
for the cost of procurement of substitute goods
or materials or resulting from any goods, data,
information or services purchased or obtained
or resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration
of user's information or the interruption, suspension
or termination of the service whether such interruption,
suspension or termination was justified or not,

Indemnity

or more advisers, you release us (and our officers,
directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees)
from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential)
of every kind and nature, suspected and unsuspected,
disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in
any way connected with such disputes.
No Agency
The relationship between ourselves and
you is that of independent contractors and no
agency, trust, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer
or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended
or created by this Agreement.
Law
All disputes arising out of or relating
to the use of the Web Site will be governed by
English law and you agree to submit to the non
exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Your Consent
